Here are some basic facts about the homes, services, and property of the Elk Springs Subdivision as well as information you’ll need to know before starting your build. Please note, our Web site contains only a basic overview of what you’ll need to know prior to building at Elk Springs. Be sure to read the Design Requirements and Guidelines for complete, latest information.

Scheduling a Site Survey
Prior to submitting any plans to the Architectural Review Committee, you must conduct a site survey. Owners and their architect must meet with the committee on the lot. Site surveys require that you stake out the location of your building footprint, driveway location, and other major features on your lot. The position of your building structure must be approved by the Elk Spring ARC before proceeding with any plan approvals. Site surveys are held on Thursdays by appointment only. To schedule a site survey, please contact the Elk Springs HOA.

Scheduling an Architectural Review
The Architectural Review Committee members consist of Gary McElwee, representative for the developer, Ray Sauvey, Ranch Foreman, one architect and three Elk Springs homeowners. The Architectural Review Committee meets the first and third Thursdays of every month. The committee needs 10 – 12 working days to review any plans submitted. Before submitting any plans for your project, please read the Design Requirements and Guidelines.
