Noise
We at Elk Springs respect each other’s peace and privacy. Owners, tenants, occupants or their guests should exercise reasonable care to avoid making or permitting loud, disturbing or objectionable noises, and in using or playing musical instruments, radios, phonographs, television sets, amplifiers and any other instruments or devices that may disturb other homwowners, tenants or occupants of other buildings.
Lights
One of the goals of Elk Springs is to blend with nature. Therefore all exterior lights and light standards and their orientation must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to installation. No type of high intensity discharge lights that interrupt night view or disturb wildlife shall be permitted on any Lot.
Speed Limit
The community of Elk Springs maintains a speed limit of 25 miles per hour in all areas of the subdivision. No vehicle, automoile, truck, bicycle or other forms of locomotion should exceed this speed limit.
Pets
In Filings 6-9 no more than one dog, and an aggregate of not more than three cats and dogs will be allowed on any Lot. Pets should be well behaved and not allowed to chase the wildlife or disturb the environment. Pets should always be confined to their owner’s lot unless they are being walked in the subdivision under strict owner control.
